FT NMR (FOURIER transfer NMR spectroscopy )

FT NMR SPECTROSCOPY
A fourier NMR has resulted in a dramatic increase in the sensevity of NMR measurement this is possible by exciting all possible resonance simultaneously
The sample is two a high power shower duration pulse of radio frequency radiation
This pulse bond and frequency is present in nucleas
In the spectrum obtain two resonance frequency
Just following the pulse the sample radiation a signal called free induction decay (FID )

Basic component of FT-NMR spectrometer:-
In FT-NMR Following stage involved :-
1. Sample stimulation of the RF pulse
2. Detector
3. Digitization
4. Signal to noise ratio (s/n)
5. Signal to noise enhancement
Advantages of FT NMR :-
FT -NMR has resulted in a dramatic increase in the sensevity of NMR measurement
The techniques has wide spread application specialy for 13 carbon NMR 31st NMR 19fNMR
FT NMR  can obtained with less then five mg  (mili gram ) of the compound
The signal stand out clearly with almost no electronic background noise
FT NMR technology has also used engineering industrial quality control and medicine, magnetic resonance imaging is one of the most useful of NMR
