In such a compound if me double irradiate them this protons gets stimulated and the stimulation is transfer through space two the relation make thus due to the increase in spin lattice relation of Ha it's signal which appears more intense by 15 to 50./.
If the intensity observed of signal is increase by double irradiate Hb them the proton Ha $ Hb must in close in a molecule
NOE is observed due to the dipole - dipole in traction
In 13 carbon spectra the maximum NOE produced by irradiating at the proton intensity at the proton intensity is nearly 200./.
