Resonance raman spectroscopy :-
                                                             Raman spectrum is genraly obtain irradiate the system in region where the molecule don't absorve the incident light when the incident frequency falls in the absorption region of the sample then most of the vibrational band are decrease through self absorption.
If a powerful laser is used and the frequency is brought near to absorption maximum then the intensity of a few scattered radiation frequency is increases .
The overtone band are also absorve in above condition this phenomenon known as resonance raman effect and the spectroscopy related with resonance raman effect (RRE) are known as resonance spectroscopy.
Apolication resonanceraman spectroscopy  (RRS):-
              Resonance raman spectroscopy is used to study of the free radical RRS is the accurate method for the determination of unhormonic constant two resonance unhenced vibration mode.
Resonance raman spectroscopy is used for the study of biological metarial.

CARS is the non linear anlogus of spontaneous Raman spectroscopy scattering.
TAdvantage of CARS:-
                                        1. CARS line stronger then normal normal Raman spectrum so easily ducted.
2. CARS signal is easily visualise as campare to fluorescence.
3. Micro quantity can be detected by resonance and CARS.
